An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Highly flammable products restricted from shipping by Air will be shipped via ground shipping service UPS (Standard).
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page or we will contact you before fulfill the order.
* Our free domestic shipping for orders over 99 CAD policy excludes some remote, less populated or accessible domestic rural areas in Canadian provinces and territories. In order to be eligible for free shipping to less populated or less accessible domestic rural areas an order of at least $149 CAD must be placed. Regular shipping charges will be applied to orders under $149.99 CAD.
** Our free shipping offer does not apply to particular oversized or bulky items, as well as to MREs. Details on whether or not a product is eligible for free shipping will be found under the item description.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days from the day you have received it. If 14 days or more have passed from the day you have received the product, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please contact us to obtain Merchandise Return Authorization before sending the product back to us.
Upon receipt of the returned item we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price less the cost of shipping the original order and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping is the customer’s responsibility and the original Adventure Pro Zone purchase invoice must accompany all return shipments.
RETURN FOR REFUND EXCEPTIONS
Only regular priced items can be returned for refund. Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
WARRANTY, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase for repair or exchange of products that are defective.
Initial reporting of the issue can be made by phone or email. Provide us with a description of the issue and any steps taken to reveal the defect if it has a functional or operating issue. We may request pictures to better understand the nature of the defect.
If the defect is resulted from using or operating the product against manufacturer manual or operating instructions (if such instructions accompany the product), you will not be entitled to a return and you may choose to contact the manufacturer directly.
If the product is identified as defective and you are entitled to a return, please get a Merchandise Return Confirmation from us prior to shipping it back.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be fully inspected to confirm the defect and it will be exchanged with the same product model. If we are unable to exchange the defective product, we will issue the refund.
If the defective item has a lower value than the shipping cost a refund of the original purchase price will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If 14 days or more have passed from the day you have received the product, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Most products we sell are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty. Past 14 days of the purchase (plus shipping time) we will redirect the customer to the manufacturer directly for any warranty related questions. Please e-mail us if you require assistance to locate manufacturer’s contact information.
Return Shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for when a purchased product was defective on arrival.
